What you're buying

A race entry is a digital product: your place in the event you chose. We don't post or courier anything.

Your confirmation

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email your entry confirmation and invoice to the address you gave at checkout. This normally takes a few minutes. You can also see your entries at any time by signing in with that email address.

If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Race numbers and race packs

Race numbers (and anything else included with your entry) are collected in person before the race. The collection venue, dates and times are shown on each event's page and emailed to entrants closer to race day. Bring your ID or driver's licence and your proof of entry. Items aren't posted, and anything not collected can't be sent on afterwards.
