Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to Women's Half (Cape Town), Women's Half (Joburg), Women's Half (Durban)

Entry fees are non-refundable, whether you withdraw, cannot attend for any reason (including injury or illness), arrive late, miss the start, do not start, or do not finish within the cut-off times, except where required by law. Entries cannot be deferred to another year. If you can no longer run, you may hand your entry to another runner through your JustEnterNow account until 14 days before race day. The other runner must have a JustEnterNow account, enter their own details and identity document, and run in their own name. Every runner must run in their own name. Giving or selling an entry or bib any other way, including unofficial bib swaps ('buddy running'), is not allowed, and an entry used this way may be cancelled without refund. You may withdraw from the race through your account to release your place. No refund or credit is given when you withdraw. If the event is postponed, rerouted, reduced in distance, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, refunds are not guaranteed — where possible, the organiser may offer a deferral, credit, or partial value option instead.
